Our History
Over 25 years ago, Project Transition Incorporated developed an aggressive training model to meet the challenges of high unemployment, and a growing wage gap in Alameda County.
Years later, Project Transition has been brought back in hopes of helping and enrichening the next generation of citizens. Frolm student athletes to homeowners, PT has created specific programs to help these groups with thheir transitions.
